PR9268/017-100 EPRO Tile vibration measurement sensor
The module continuously checks the measurement loop, gives instructions when faults are found, and locks the alarm output if necessary.
There are three ways to indicate status:
– Through the “channel normal” indicator on the front panel;
— Output 1/2 through “Channel Normal”;
– Display in Device status through computer and configuration software.
a. Channel monitoring
To monitor the sensors and cables, the system measures the carrier-frequency power supply current. When it exceeds limit 33mArms or falls below limit 4mArms, the monitor indicates channel failure.
b. Overload monitoring
When the amplitude of dynamic signal exceeds the set range, the module gives overload information.
c. Normal channel indicator
The indicator changes are as follows:
– The indicator is off (off)…… The fault
– Blinking at Low speed (FS) 0.8Hz…… Channel status
– Fast Blinking (FQ) at 1.6Hz…… State of the module
After power supply:
– Normal Startup Period…… The two indicators blink simultaneously for 15 seconds.
