The GE Con tact Pilot Board DS200CPCAG1A features one 12-pin connector and two 2-pin connectors. It also has four terminals and can connect up to twelve signal wires. The GE contactor test panel DS200CPCAG1A is also fitted with a 24VDC socket power relay. Because the boards have wiring terminals, the service personnel must remove the wires connected to them, which requires special consideration. The wiring terminals enable the signal cable to be connected to the board for processing. Some wires transmit signals from the board. Other wires receive signals processed by the circuit board.
Bayonet connectors are used to connect the circuit board to the rest of the driver’s components and the circuit board. Take a moment to think about it before attaching the male bayonet connector at the end of the wire to the female bayonet connector on the circuit board.
To remove the bayonet connector, place one hand on the connector and the other on the circuit board to prevent it from bending or sliding. Remove the bayonet connection from the board’s female connector and set the cable aside until you are ready to connect it to the replacement board.
