IS200STCIH2A is a MarkVI series simplex contact input terminal board developed by GE. Simplex contact input terminal board is a small contact input terminal board designed for DIN rail or flat mount. The board accepts 24 contact inputs with nominal 24, 48 and 125V DC excitations from an external power supply. Contact input features noise suppression to prevent surges and high frequency noise. PAIC IVO packages are compatible with modules. The I/O component plugs into the D-connector and communicates with the controller over Ethernet. Only simplex system is supported.
IS200STCIH2A is installed
The STCI is mounted on a sheet metal carrier with a plastic insulator, which is then mounted on a DIN rail.
The STC plus insulator can be installed on the sheet metal assembly and bolted into the cabinet. The contact input is usually connected directly to the terminal board using #18AWG wire. The shielding layer shall be terminated on a separate bracket. The STCIH2 has a right Angle connector that accepts a variety of commercial pluggable strips for a total of 52 terminals.
operation
The functions and onboard signal adjustments are the same as TBCI, but they are suitable for 24, 48, and 125V DC excitation. Input excitation ranges are 16 to 32Vdc, 32 to 64V dc, and 100 to 145Vdc. The threshold voltage is 50% of the excitation voltage. The diagram shows the contact induction circuit. The contact input current is limited to 2.5 mA for the first 21 circuits and 10 mA for circuits 22 through 24. By resetting the polymer positive temperature coefficient fuse, the current limit of 24V DC supply is 0.5A. The filter can reduce the high frequency noise and suppress the surge at each input near the signal entry point. The discrete input voltage signal is routed to the I/O processor, which converts it into a digital signal and sends it to the controller.
IS200STCIH2A features
E1 and E2 are labels on the terminal rings on both sides of the terminal board.
A 37-pin (female) D-connector and a three-pin female plug opposite the terminal board on the circuit board.
On the short side of the board, there are two round holes, one facing the other. The board also has more than 80 resistors, capacitors, diodes and an integrated circuit. Product Attributes
