Description

The IC800BIK020 amplifiers are panel mount devices, 150 mm (5.91 inches) long and 75 mm (2.95 inches) wide; therefore, for proper convection cooling, the specified clearances between and under adjacent amplifiers must be maintained during installation. Be sure to securely connect the ground terminal and metal frame of the amplifier and motor to a common ground plane, and install a ground fault circuit interrupter as a fire and electric shock safety measure. It runs on 24VDC power and requires separate cables to connect all motors, except β2is, β4is, β2HVis and β4HVis models. For system designs with vertical axes, a motor holding brake is available as an option, the position of which must be maintained in the event of a power outage.
