Gas lift method: The gas lift method means that the formation still has a certain amount of energy, which can drive oil and gas to the bottom of the well, but when the energy supplied by the formation is not enough to lift the oil from the bottom of the well to the surface, the gas needs to be artificially injected into the bottom of the well , the artificial lift oil production method that lifts oil out of the ground. Its lifting principle is similar to that of a self-flowing well. It injects high-pressure gas into the annulus of the oil casing, and through multiple sets of gas lift valves on the oil pipe, a part of the gas is injected into the oil pipe at different pressures and different well sections to reduce the oil pressure. The density of the liquid in the wellbore, under the action of the flow pressure at the bottom of the well, the liquid is discharged from the wellhead. At the same time, the volume of the injected high-pressure gas gradually increases during the ascent of the wellbore, and the expansion work of the gas also has a carrying effect on the liquid. Gas lift is suitable for oil wells with strong liquid supply capacity and high formation permeability. Offshore oil production, deep wells, inclined wells, sand-bearing wells, gas-bearing wells, and oil wells containing corrosive components that are not suitable for other artificial lift production methods can all use gas lift production. The advantage of gas lift production is that the wellhead and downhole equipment are relatively simple, and the management and adjustment are relatively convenient; the disadvantage is that the surface equipment system is complex, the investment is large, and the utilization rate of gas energy is low.
