Wind turbine is an energy conversion device from wind energy to mechanical energy and from mechanical energy to electric energy. The wind control system is designed specifically for the operation requirements of large wind farms. It should have extremely high adaptability to the environment and anti-electromagnetic interference ability, and be capable of autonomous/artificial remote control to achieve the following functions:
1. Real-time operating system control
It can run the complex main control logic of the unit through the field bus and real-time communication with the control cabinet of the engine room, the variable propeller control system, the frequency converter system, so that the unit always runs in the best state.
2. Configuration mode of controller
It adopts the configuration software with rich functions and friendly interface, and adopts the configuration mode conforming to the IEC61131-3 standard.
3. Data parameters collected by wind turbine cabinet control equipment
The signals of temperature, pressure, speed and environmental parameters measured by the sensor of the unit are collected and communicated with the main control station of the unit through the field bus. The main controller controls the frame of the engine room and realizes the functions of the unit, such as yawing and unteaming. In addition, it also controls the various auxiliary motors, oil pumps and fans in the engine room, so that the unit works in the best condition.
4. Touch screen control equipment on site

5, remote control monitoring function
