From July 20 to 21, 2023, the 19th Industrial Automation and Standardization Seminar hosted by the China Expert Committee of the Intelligent Manufacturing Systems Committee of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and hosted by the Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute of Machinery Industry Instrumentation was held in Beijing. China Instrument Industry Association Industrial Network Bus (AUTBUS) professional committee preparation group leader, Dongtu Technology vice chairman and chief engineer Xue Baihua led the team to attend this meeting.

With the theme of “New Automation under the guidance of intelligent Manufacturing”, this seminar actively responds to the main direction of intelligent manufacturing and focuses on strengthening the supply of new automation. Xue Baihua, leader of the preparation group of AUTBUS Professional Committee, delivered a speech on the ecological construction and development of AUTBUS standard. He said that in the construction of international standards, Chinese enterprises should contribute more Chinese wisdom and open cooperation with global enterprises.

Subsequently, on behalf of AUTBUS Committee, Bai Hua Xue participated in discussions with experts from PROFIBUS & PROFINET, OPC, CC-Link, FDT and IMIS on the topic of intelligent development of industrial network control technology. Based on time-sensitive network technology, AUTBUS breaks through the technical limitations of the physical layer of traditional industrial network communication, and realizes the high-bandwidth real-time interconnection and IT/OT communication technology integration among various communication nodes such as factory control, robot control, automobile control, power grid and high-speed rail without changing the traditional cable habits, which is a major breakthrough in industrial network technology. At present, it has been successfully applied in oil pipeline, instrument and other industries. AUTBUS will play a key role in supporting the unification of the global industrial control bus and promoting the integration of global intelligent manufacturing.

During the seminar, Dongtu Technology also demonstrated AUTBUS solutions and industry applications, and the booth audience was crowded to see the style of AUTBUS. Huang Yi, Director of Industrial Protocol Development Department of Dongtu Technology, and Zhu Ying, Director of Solutions, respectively delivered speeches on the topics of “Broadband Industrial Bus AUTBUS Standard and Application” and “end-to-end time-sensitive network Solutions and applications”.
