The preparation of intelligent sensing materials, device design and development are extremely difficult, and the design process of algorithm software is complex, so the basic research of application is very important. It is necessary to pay special attention to the research and development of two-dimensional materials, metamaterials, organic framework materials, flexible materials, especially quantum materials, and encourage exploration and research on the basic physical and chemical properties of the above-mentioned frontier materials. Intelligent sensing involves materials, information, energy, biology and other fields, with a wide range of disciplines and high technical difficulty. Taking biomedical sensing technology as an example, it integrates a number of minor disciplines in the field of microelectronics technology and biotechnology, and has an important impact on future medical development directions such as “accurate diagnosis” and “personalized drug monitoring and evaluation”. The industrial Internet not only requires smart sensors with high sensitivity, high stability, low power consumption, low cost characteristics and good robustness, but also requires a good software user interface for data intelligent analysis, near sensors and in-sensor computing to reduce time delay and enhance data security. It is suggested to further overall planning, focus on overcoming technical problems of high-end sensing materials and devices, build a number of open and shared R&D platforms, give full play to the role of national strategic scientific and technological forces, and carry out interdisciplinary collaborative innovation. In terms of innovation, it is necessary to focus on breakthroughs in silicon-based MEMS processing technology, MEMS and CMOS process integration technology, non-silicon modular integration technology, device level, wafer level MEMS packaging and system level testing technology; It is necessary to focus on intelligent sensor reliability design and test, simulation, signal processing, wireless communication, electronic automation design (EDA) tools, software algorithms, etc. It is necessary to develop new sensing materials, promote the deep integration of design and manufacturing processes, break through existing technology and intellectual property barriers, and occupy the commanding heights of future technology. At the same time, we should give full play to the advantages of the combination of “production, university and research”, carry out demand-oriented and market-oriented research and development of disruptive technologies, gnawing the “hard bones” of core technologies, and achieve scientific and technological self-reliance in the field of smart sensors.
