In order to help expand the renewable Energy supply chain in the international

market, on August 7, 2023 local time, Suntech Power and Vena Energy, an

Indonesian renewable energy company, officially signed a PV module procurement

agreement with a total capacity of 2.5GW (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase Agreement”) in

Jakarta, the capital. Mr. Rachmat Kaimuddin, Deputy Minister of Maritime and Investment Coordination

of Indonesia, Mr. Nitin Apte, CEO of Vena Energy, Mr. Li Bing-hui, Vice President of Regional Sales of

Suntech Power, and other relevant personnel attended the signing ceremony.
