Coke oven heating optimization control solution

Optimization control of coke oven heating is one of the core functions of InPlant APC Coking special software, which covers the automatic temperature measurement of coke oven heating production operation (including abnormal temperature diagnosis, It can generate standard temperature measurement reports), heating gas flow control (main pipe/branch pipe), automatic adjustment of flue suction (based on flue gas oxygen content), automatic optimization of heating temperature (based on coke temperature/fire down time/coal cake water content) and batch data storage and analysis functions.
