Baosteel 2050 Intensive heat treatment line project is a high strength steel continuous rapid heat treatment production unit with the goal of “high strength, high quality, high efficiency and intelligence”. The unit is equipped with core process equipment such as strong straightening, gas quenching + water quenching.
According to the actual needs of engineering design, Yingweiteng provides engineering transmission IPE300 single machine transmission and GD800 Pro, GD600 more machine transmission to meet the needs of the project, help Baosteel to tackle the key core technology of hot rolling, fill the domestic gap, and change the thin specification ultra-high strength steel (especially < 3mm thickness 960Mpa level) dependent on imports. Promote the overall upgrading and iteration of the industrial chain. The AFE four-quadrant rectifier system is composed of GD800 Pro series product solutions
More than 50 GD600 series products form the common DC bus multi-machine inverter drive system
More than 20 IPE300 series products constitute a single transmission system
All drives are configured with PN communication to meet STO functional requirements
The special functions involved require non-standard implementation
03 | First transmission localization
The first transmission batch of Baosteel’s important production line was localized, and the Inwitten solution met all the requirements of process functions and performance indicators;
The use of domestic transmission, reducing project procurement costs and subsequent maintenance costs;
Intensive heat treatment production, more stable performance, effectively improve the processing accuracy;
Inwitten technical service team responds to customer needs in real time to solve customer worries.
2050 The new intensive heat treatment line was successfully put into operation in Baosteel base, which is a breakthrough application of Yingweiteng transmission products in the steel plate and strip production line, and has an important milestone significance. Inwitten has been committed to creating full process transmission solutions for the steel industry such as mining and dressing, coking, sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, steel rolling and processing lines, and tackling key core technologies to help the localization of core equipment and crack the “stuck neck” problem.
