This is the first time that the market value of Huazhong Numerical Control has exceeded 10 billion yuan since its listing in 2011, marking that this numerical control system leader has been highly recognized by the capital market in terms of industrialization, marketization and scientific and technological innovation strength. Public information shows that the share price of Central CNC has more than doubled from a low of 15.66 yuan in April last year to more than 50 yuan today.

In April this year, at the China International Machine Tool Exhibition in Beijing, Huazhong Numerical Control released five-axis numerical control system product package, which realized the digital, networking and intelligent integration of five-axis machining technology, and reached the international most advanced five-axis numerical control system standard in 11 key functions. The market of this product marks a big step forward in the autonomous controllable performance of domestic CNC systems in the field of high-end manufacturing.

In recent years, in response to the huge demand of 3C manufacturing industry, Central China Numerical Control and foreign well-known enterprises compete on the same stage, developed and sold tens of thousands of sets of high-speed drilling and tapping center numerical control system in batches, breaking the technological monopoly. In 2022, the company will batch support more than 1,000 units in the application field of high-end five-axis CNC systems, an increase of more than three times over the same period last year, leading the domestic high-end CNC system brands.

In 2019, since Zoer became the controlling shareholder of Huazhong Numerical Control, it has provided multi-dimensional empowerment in terms of consolidating financial strength, helping industrialization expansion, and management mechanism innovation, further stimulating the power of enterprise independent innovation in science and technology and the vitality of industrialization development. The company’s revenue scale has been growing, exceeding 1 billion yuan in 2020, and further growing to 1.663 billion yuan in 2022.

Recently, Central China Numerical Control announced that the company to the controlling shareholder Zhuoer Zhizao and other specific objects to issue shares has been reviewed and approved by the shareholders’ meeting, will raise funds of not more than 1 billion yuan, mainly for five-axis numerical control system and servo motor key technology research and industrialization projects, to further consolidate the company in the core areas of independent scientific research capabilities and industrial competitive advantage.
