Recently, the Swiss industrial group George Fischer (GF) Group held the opening of the GF Piping System Yangzhou Super Plant and GF Forming Solutions Shenyang plant in Yangzhou and Shenyang, respectively. Andreas Muller, CEO of GF Group, and Mads Joergensen, Chief Financial Officer of GF Group, attended the opening ceremony. At the same time, Swiss Ambassador to China Jurg Burri and Swiss Consul General in Shanghai Sacha Bachmann attended the opening of the Shenyang and Yangzhou factories respectively, witnessing another milestone in the continuous development of the century-old Swiss company in the Chinese market. As a Swiss brand with a history of 220 years, GF Group has always held a leading position in the safe transportation of liquid and gas pipelines, lightweight castings in vehicles and high-precision processing technology, which is widely used in the automotive, aerospace, energy, medical, information and communication industries. GF has been deeply engaged in the Chinese market for many years, and now has 25 branches in China, including 18 production bases, which are distributed in 14 cities such as Suzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Changchun, Dujiangyan (Sichuan Province), Zhuozhou (Hebei Province) and Shenzhen. The new factories in Yangzhou and Shenyang further expand GF Group’s manufacturing footprint in the Yangtze River Delta and Northeast China. Help to provide customers with more close and convenient service.

in China, and it is also the largest, most complete and most advanced super factory and flagship factory of GF Piping Systems in China. The total investment of the factory is about 200 million yuan, with a total construction area of about 32,000 square meters, including dozens of extrusion and injection molding production lines, valve and instrument assembly workshops, preset workshops, clean workshops and automated warehousing centers. The facility is also currently GF Piping Systems’ largest and most efficient facility in Asia and will serve customers in relatively new sectors such as microelectronics, water treatment, chemicals, Marine, construction and data centers. The plant incorporates a large number of future-oriented process and automation technologies that both meet current market needs and leave room for future development.
GF Yangzhou Gigafactory anchors the main engine of the country to build a science and technology innovative economy. From the beginning of the project, it has been supported by the Yangzhou Municipal government and the leaders of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.
