Zou Bofan delivered a speech, said that since the establishment of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qinzhou Port area, it has fully implemented the four-wheel drive strategy of “building a large port, strengthening industries, building a riverside city, and beautiful countryside”, centered on the strategic positioning of “building an economic agglomeration area toward the sea”, and ensured the effectiveness of the construction of major industrial projects.
