Recently, Peipai Technology won a new order for the drive motor business, to provide a domestic customer with 400V motor rotor, the total value of the product life cycle order is expected to reach 600 million euros, and it is planned to start production in a certain country in mid-2024.
The 400V fixed rotor provided by the customer adopts 8-layer flat wire short-distance winding design, and the maximum efficiency of the motor can reach 97.6%.
At the same time, the oil-cooled design is adopted, the stator adopts open oil channel design, and the magnetic steel cooling oil circuit is added to the rotor, which effectively improves the continuous power.
In addition, the product has excellent NVH performance, which improves noise at the design source, reduces electromagnetic force and torque ripple, and further enables the silencing of the electric drive. The design and verification of the project are all completed by the Chinese local team, which can fully meet the requirements of the Chinese market for the speed of new product development. The 800V 8-layer flat wire oil-cooled motor fixed rotor project previously provided for the domestic market is also independently developed by the Chinese team, and the delivery is completed in nearly 12 months, and the mass production application has been realized.
At the same time, with system and electronic component expertise and development experience, we also have a high level of integration capabilities. Its highly integrated electric shaft drive system has entered its fourth generation and will be ready for mass production in 2024. This means that we can offer both individual modules and complete systems, combining modular solutions with custom interfaces.
This year, the company also provided integrated electric axle drive system EMR3 for Honda Motor’s new B-class all-electric SUV model. In the European market, this model based on Honda’s new “e:N Architecture F” pure electric architecture will be launched under the name e:Ny1. The three-in-one electric drive system, which integrates power electronics, motor and reducer, is the third generation of the highly integrated electric shaft drive system from Fipai Technology. Despite its compact design size and weight of only 76 kg, the electric shaft drive system supplied to Honda Automobile can achieve a peak output power of 150 kW and a peak torque of 310 nm. This technical parameter enables the e:Ny1 to reach the maximum speed limit of 160 km/h. In 2022, Peipai reported that its new orders for electrification products exceeded 10 billion euros. In the first nine months of this year, its cumulative new orders for electrification products have reached about 7 billion euros. These are clear indications that Pai’s transition to electrification is gaining momentum, and the company’s electrification business is expected to break even by 2024. The company’s medium-term goal is to achieve 5 billion euros in electrification product sales by 2026, and according to previous orders, it has 100% locked in to this goal.
