PITreader authorization management system

PILZ’s PITreader Authorization management system is a comprehensive security access protection system that includes permission management, security interlocking, security locking and information display functions. The authorization management system can identify and judge the permission data written by the RFID electronic key, and complete the corresponding authorization management according to the permission data, so as to help users complete the task of factory and machine access rights.

PITreader supports Modbus/TCP communication and REST API apis, and each RFID key has its own “unique” security signature. The permission keys are divided into pre-configured keys 1 to 5 and customized keys, and the host computer can read the data, realize the permission management, blacklist list, event traceability and other functions, and effectively improve the management ability of production operation.

Starting with firmware version 2.1, PITreader will support ISO 14443-A – contactless IC card standard. Through the writing of the program, the PITreader authorization management system can complete many different functions: such as: allowing access to enter, allowing man-machine interface operation, increasing/reducing authorized personnel, key exchange system – to prevent accidental startup, and key exchange system – manual operation authority.
