Yang Guang, Vice President and general Manager of Johnson Controls China, said: “Johnson Controls’ corporate vision is highly aligned with China’s sustainable development direction. We serve the local market, understand the needs of various industries, enhance research and development and manufacturing capabilities, and widely connect industrial partners, hoping to contribute to China’s ‘double carbon’ goal.”
“Innovation is the driving force for a green future,” said Shenjuan Xu, vice president and general manager of HVAC & Refrigeration business in Asia Pacific at Johnson Controls. “Johnson Controls adheres to the path of innovation, focuses on the actual needs of different industries, and spare no effort to develop new technologies, products and solutions to explore the path to achieve sustainable development in buildings and cities.”
At the booth, visitors can get a one-stop view of Johnson Controls’ green and sustainable innovation product matrix, including four products that won the Innovation Award at this year’s Refrigeration show: York new generation of ultra-efficient frozen XJC system screw compressor, York HPS (60) screw high speed variable frequency permanent magnet high temperature heat pump unit, York IWE HOME intelligent water ecological household series YVAG-Z/YVAZ full frequency air cooled cold water and heat pump unit, and York YSPA-V full frequency air cooled screw heat pump unit, To serve customers with advanced technology, high efficiency, low energy consumption of low-carbon development process. These four innovative products also fully reflect Johnson Controls’ local research and development and production capabilities.
Digital, intelligent is the key to make green products play value. Johnson Controls York NextView a new generation of intelligent control center with its high reliability, high control accuracy, frequency conversion energy saving, digital intelligence control concept, widely used in food freezing and industrial freezing equipment units, to help Johnson Controls refrigeration equipment in low carbon environmental protection, green energy saving walk in the front end of the industry. OpenBlue digital platform includes remote diagnosis, predictive maintenance, compliance monitoring, advanced risk assessment and other customized, embedded artificial intelligence service solutions, a wide range of services in workplaces, hospitals, schools, campuses, stadiums, enterprises and other different industries. The digital platform also provides technical support for Johnson Controls’ customized smart service solutions to reshape the future of maintenance services.
Complementary to the product matrix and intelligent digital platform are ten industry solutions, explaining how Johnson Controls goes deep into new energy, modern agriculture, intelligent manufacturing, biopharmaceutical, smart hospital, data center, smart home and other application scenarios to meet diversified needs. From industries that lead a healthy and beautiful life to low-carbon green industries to areas that lead a zero-carbon future, Johnson Controls helps customers achieve their goals of
efficient operations, energy conservation and emission reduction.
In the process of building future smart, healthy and sustainable buildings and cities, Johnson Controls not only provides professional products and solutions, but also promotes its own intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing process. For example, the two manufacturing bases located in Wuxi are constantly committed to energy saving and carbon reduction work, looking for opportunities for energy saving and emission reduction in the process of product design, production and supply, and have carried out various energy-saving projects. Based on continuous efforts over the years, with their own scientific management system and unique technical advantages, they have built an efficient, clean, low-carbon and circular green manufacturing system. The first manufacturing base of the Wuxi plant won the “National Green Supply Chain” award in 2022, while driving upstream and downstream suppliers to conserve energy and reduce emissions, implement green and low-carbon production, and practice corporate responsibility for achieving “carbon neutrality”. The second manufacturing base of the Wuxi plant will be certified as a “National Green Factory” in 2023.
On the first day of the opening, Johnson Controls also held the “Innovation and Upgrade Wisdom to see the Future” summit Forum at the site, inviting Li Jiang, president of China Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Association and other guests of the industry and association, and Yang Guang, Vice president and General manager of China, and Xu Shenjuan, Vice president and general manager of Asia Pacific HVAC and refrigeration business of Johnson Controls, to brainstorm. Discuss how to move towards a green future through technological innovation, upgrading of industry standards and building an industrial ecosystem.
Integrating global experience and innovation capabilities, Johnson Controls is actively engaged in dialogue and collaboration with the Chinese market and partners to help customers in various industries achieve their sustainable development goals and jointly contribute to the green transformation of China’s smart buildings and cities.
