After the research and analysis, the incubation project built a digital platform (APS+) for the production and operation planning and decision management of the enterprise, completed the integration with the enterprise’s original ERP, MES, Batch and other software systems, and developed an advanced optimization algorithm based on nested segmentation framework and a solver for the fine chemical industry. To achieve rapid response to changes in production site planning and scheduling, output high quality, high precision second-level scheduling results, improve factory production capacity and enhance the overall control and anti-risk ability.
According to the current situation, modeling analysis is carried out, and after the completion of the project:
• Production efficiency improvement: increase the rationality and accuracy of the plan, output optimized production scheduling plan, and improve the utilization rate of extruder
• Improved resource utilization: Reduce equipment idle time and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE)
• Improved delivery accuracy: Due to the visualization of order delivery time, the on-time delivery rate of customer orders will be significantly improved, shortening the delivery cycle and the cycle from SERVOSTAR TM346 receipt to delivery of orders, thereby enhancing market competitiveness
