August 27, 2024 – Eaton Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of diversified industrial products, announced the introduction of the new 1785T-MPP-1700 Human Machine interface (HMI) terminal, further enriching its PanelMate Power Pro family. With its advanced technology and user-friendly design, this terminal provides a more efficient and intuitive operator interface solution for industrial automation.

The 1785T-MPP-1700 terminal is equipped with an 8-inch TFT color display with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, providing clear image quality and colorful display effects. Its resistive touch screen technology accurately receives touch commands even when the user is wearing gloves, enhancing ease of use in a variety of industrial environments. In addition, the terminal also includes an RS-232 serial port and an RS-485 serial port, providing flexible communication options to adapt to different industrial control system requirements.

Designed for the rigors of industrial environments, the terminal operates in a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C (32°F to 122°F) and is able to adapt to varied site conditions. Its power supply requirements are 24 VDC, current consumption is 1.1 amps, and maximum power consumption is 28 watts, ensuring stable operation of the terminal under various power conditions.
