The IS200TRLYH1BHH is a terminal relay card for the Mark VI gas turbine control system manufactured by GE. This product is the “B” version of the TRLY terminal relay board and has the following features:
Voting coil drive feedback: Provides monitoring of relay status to ensure system reliability.
Socket type sealed mechanical relays: enhance product durability and long-term stability.
MOV suppression: Provides protection against voltage surges and enhances product safety.
In terms of physical description, the IS200TRLYH1BHH consists of two large black terminal blocks located on its left edge. Each block has 24 silver metal terminals, for a total of 48 terminals. Each terminal is marked with a white print on the terminal block. The right edge of the IS200TRLYH1BHH has four connector ports, three of which are aligned vertically on the edge and the last one is parallel to the port on the bottom. Near the center of the IS200TRL H1BHH, there is a row of relays, which are black and white with transparent cube-shaped covers. These components are connected to the PCB via black wires. On either side of each relay, there is a round black transistor. Next to each transistor is a round red MOV (metal oxide varistor). Five such relays are arranged vertically on the top half of the IS200TRL H1BHH, and five additional relays are listed in a row on the bottom half of the PCB.
This product is designed for industrial control systems that require high reliability and safety, and is suitable for gas turbine and other heavy machinery control applications.
