The 3500/15 AC and DC power supplies are half-height modules that must be installed in the specified slot on the left side of the rack. The 3500 rack can contain one or two AC and DC power supplies in any combination. Either power supply can power the entire rack. When two power supplies are installed in a rack, one of the lower slots acts as the primary power supply and the other in the upper slot acts as the backup power supply. If installed, the second power supply is a backup of the primary power supply. As long as a second power supply is installed, removing or inserting either power module will not interrupt the operation of the rack. 3500/15 AC and DC power supplies accept a wide range of input voltages and convert them to voltages acceptable to other 3500 modules.

The common power supply is dry battery (DC) and household 110V-220V AC power supply. Electricity comes from the principle of “magnetic electricity generation”, which is generated by renewable energy sources such as water power, wind power, sea tide, dam pressure difference, solar energy, and burning coal and oil slag.
