IS420PSCAH1B is a serial communication module created by General Electric as part of its Mark VIe system, which is a Speedtronic system. Speedtronic systems have been used for decades to manage and control industrial turbine systems, such as hydraulic, gas and steam turbine systems.

IS420PSCAH1B is the more complex of the two PSCA modules available for the Mark VIe system. It contains a compatible BPPC processor board that supports ControlST V 04.07 version or later. The board includes six serial transceiver channels. These can be configured separately to meet different standards, such as RS-232, RS-485 half-duplex, and RS-422. Another available serial communication module is the IS220PSCA module containing the BPPB board.
