The DS200TCCBG8B is a general purpose extended analog IO board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark V series for Speedtronic gas turbine control systems. The DS200TCCBG8B Universal Extended Analog I/O Board (TCCB) scales and adjusts additional analog I/O signals read from the TCEB board in the P1 kernel and the TBCB terminal board mounted on the R5 kernel. These signals include line current inputs, RTD, generator and bus voltage inputs, and 4-20 mA/0-1 mA inputs. Through the 3PL connector, the scaled and adjusted signal is transmitted to the STCA board.
DS200TCCBG8B Configuration:
Hardware: The Mark V LM’s generator and bus voltage monitoring capabilities, as well as line current monitoring capabilities, are provided by hardware jumpers J1, J2, J3, J4 and J5. The RS232 serial port is connected to the DCOM through the hardware jumper J14. J15 and J16 are the hardware jumpers used for testing. For details on hardware jumper Settings for this board, see Appendix A and the Hardware Jumper Panel of the Operator interface.
Software: In HMI’s I/O configuration editor, you can enter bus voltage and line current Settings, as well as I/O configuration constants for generators, milliamp inputs, RTDS, and other devices.
