1、 Troubleshooting of DCS system
The indicator light of the card is off for many times in the DCS system, and the following points should be paid attention to when powering down, powering up and plugging in the card.
1. Redundant cards
First, try to power down the card, and wait for 1 minute before power on again. If it can not be restored to normal, power down again and plug the card again. If it cannot be restored to normal, it is necessary to replace the card. Before replacing the card, pay attention to whether the version of the new card is consistent with the original card. If not, it is necessary to upgrade the version first.
If the instrument with interlock is involved before the card is inserted or unplugged, the false value shall be checked according to the importance. If important control circuits are involved, the corresponding valves shall be switched to the manual state.
2. Non redundant card
Like the redundant card, try to power down the card first, wait for 1 minute for power down, and then power up again. If it can not be restored to normal, power down again and plug the card again. If it cannot be restored to normal, it is necessary to replace the card. Before replacing the card, pay attention to whether the version of the new card is the same as the original card. If it is inconsistent, it is necessary to upgrade the version first.
Different from redundant cards, non redundant cards can only be used after they are powered on or plugged in again. Note that the load with content option is used when downloading cards.
