One: Hydran 201Ti intelligent transmitter
The H201Ti intelligent transmitter has a small cylindrical housing and is directly connected to the dissolved gas monitoring valve of the transformer through a brass adapter.
The H201Ti includes a standard HYDRAN® sensor, thermal conditioning system, and microprocessor-based electrical transmitter. Terminals facilitate AC power connections, alarm contacts (gas high, gas high – high and system failure) and supervisory connections, and a non-isolated output simulating 0-1mA. 4-20mA isolated output is also available. An RS-232 connector for the computer interface is also provided.
With a thin-film keyboard and LCD display, it can be used without an external computer.
Hydran 201Ci-1 Single Channel controller
The H201Ci-1 control unit is a complete single channel controller for use with the H201Ti Intelligent transmitter. Digital/analog boards handle communication transactions and provide display, alarm and analog output functions.
The main terminal is easy to connect: AC power supply; Alarm contacts (gas high, gas high – high and system failure); Non-isolated analog outputs are available in jumper configurations (0-1mA, 4-20mA, 0-1V, 0-10V) and isolated analog outputs in jumper configurations. The auxiliary terminal is used as a supervisory connection to the H201Ti intelligent transmitter. Connectors for communication: RS-232 to computer or optional modem, RS-485 to other H201Ci controllers.
The front door is fitted with a light-emitting diode digital display that displays the gas content in parts per million. There are also two gas alarm lights.
Three: H201Ci-C communication controller
H201Ci-C control unit is a communication controller. It supervises up to four H201Ti smart transmitters, such as A transformer cabinet (including phases A,B,C, and sometimes an auxiliary) through isolated regulatory connections. The H201Ci-C communication controller has no display screen and does not provide alarm and analog output. It is the specialized interface of the H201Ti intelligent transmitter network connected to the computer via RS-232 or modem.
The H201Ci-C is housed in a small NEMA-4X box and includes a digital circuit board for handling communications transactions. The main terminal is easy to connect to AC power. Connectors for communication: RS-232 to computer or optional modem (4 connectors), RS-485 to other H201Ci controllers.
Four: H201Ci-4 four-channel controller
The H201Ci-4 control unit is a complete four-channel controller. Designed for use with up to four H201Ti intelligent transporters, housed in a NEMA-4X box. Digital/analog boards handle communication transactions and provide scan display output, alarm and analog output.
The main terminal is easy to connect to AC power and alarm contacts (gas high, gas high – high and system failure). Connectors for communication: RS-232 to computer or optional modem, isolation monitor connection to H201Ti intelligent transmitter, RS-485 connection to other H201Ci controllers.
The front door is fitted with a light-emitting diode digital display that displays the gas content in parts per million. There are also two gas alarm lights. The display displays the ppm for each channel step by step, while a column of small leds indicates the channel number being displayed. The five-speed rotary switch can choose to continuously display one of the channels, or select the automatic scanning mode.
