Design of Shaft Vibration Measuring Sensor
When the suspension shaft is slightly disturbed when it rotates, it will produce a small unstable vibration, which will affect the normal motion state of the suspension shaft. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to test the vibration displacement of the suspension shaft without interference. If the vibration sensor is required It has high sensitivity, good stability and strong anti-interference ability, but it is more difficult to implement. At present, in the research of non-contact vibration sensor, there are mainly eddy current vibration sensor and laser sensor. However, the eddy current vibration sensor is easily affected by nearby electromagnetic interference and temperature, and the laser sensor has high cost and poor stability. Considering that the capacitive sensor has simple structure, high sensitivity, and good dynamic characteristics, it can fully meet the use environment. Based on this, this paper designs a high-precision suspension shaft vibration measurement sensor, and realizes the digitalization of vibration signal processing in the measurement process.
