Winners of the 7th China Industry Awards have been announced. On March 19, the 7th China Industry Awards conference was held in Beijing. 19 enterprises and 19 projects were awarded the China Industry Awards.

The list of winners, which is known as the highest award in China’s industrial field, includes new chemical materials, key technologies of rubber tires, intelligent manufacturing system of precision copper pipe, industrial energy saving and automation solutions. From industrial base to cutting-edge technology, it covers many fields such as iron and steel petrochemical, automobile manufacturing, textile and clothing, biomedicine and so on.
The China Industry Award, established in 2004 with the approval of The State Council, is the highest industrial award in China and is selected every two years. The enterprises applying for China Industry Award have to go through 10 stages of hierarchical selection, including acceptance by national industry association and provincial industry and economy federation, review by industry experts, review by comprehensive departments, review by examination committee, soliciting opinions from relevant national departments, public announcement and review by The State Council. So far, 136 “award” enterprises and projects have been commended.
