On April 18, the 2023 ABB Cup Smart Technology Innovation Competition (“ABB Cup Innovation Competition”) with the theme of “Smart Technology, Leading the Future” was officially launched. This year’s competition involves power electronics, machine learning, mathematical modeling, industrial robots, digital twins, human-computer interaction and other fields. The ability to solve difficult scenarios can more effectively support the cultivation of local compound innovative talents.

This competition is open to all colleges and universities, secondary vocational and vocational students in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and members of ABB robot school-enterprise cooperation. Participants can choose one of the two groups of questions from the inverter semiconductor temperature prediction AI modeling challenge and the robot domino digital remote combat competition, and participate in the competition individually or as a team; each group of team participants must select one Captain, responsible for team registration and submission of solutions.
