EX2100H. This localized product integrates GE excitation system’s consistently high reliability leading technology, but also into the advanced design concept of Harbin Electric. The product will also bring better reliability and higher economy to customers in the Chinese market. EX2100H is widely used, with a particular focus on the growing coal-fired thermal power and hydropower markets in China.

OC6000e Products:

GE’s new generation DCS system –OC6000e is a high-performance DCS platform jointly developed by GE Xinhua and GE Global R&D Center to meet the control requirements of 600MW and above supercritical and ultra-supercritical units. This new control and optimization solution combines advanced hardware and network technology from GE Mark family of control systems with GE Xinhua’s years of expertise in the power industry and friendly system software. Using the latest network communication technology and the concept of integrated decentralized control to provide advanced integrated control and higher security optimization solutions for the whole process and equipment of the power industry. This project has officially won the first set of orders in China. GE DCS system officially entered the supercritical and ultra-supercritical unit market of 600MW and above in China.

Bentley AnomAlert Products:
GE’s Bentley Nevada AnomAlert three-phase AC Motor Anomaly Diagnostic Detector Solution provides a low-cost innovative AC motor and load anomaly detection system that complements predictive maintenance programs. The user interface is extremely simple and, combined with the on-board model-based intelligent state analysis, provides valuable and timely anomaly detection for most asynchronous, synchronous, and variable speed motor drive devices. AnomAlert uses CT/CS and PT, which are normally installed in motors, to treat the motor itself as a mechanical load state sensor, enabling automatic fault state analysis.

Easy to install and virtually free of human intervention, the AnomAlert system combines the significant benefits of anomaly detection with low start-up costs and becomes a complementary component of predictive maintenance programmes. AnomAlert is particularly attractive to those operating devices that are difficult to access because sensors are not usually needed on motors and the loads they drag. Anomalert is suitable for pumps, compressors and similar loads driven by most types of motors.
