This project involves the APC optimization control of 20 calcium carbide furnaces, 14 gas kilns, 7 vertical drying kilns and raw material delivery and production units, including a number of optimization control points: calcium carbide furnaces containing batching, batch statistics, electrode lifting, electrode pressure discharge, transformer shift, electrode soft sensing, load lifting, furnace pressure, furnace condition intelligent monitoring and judgment, etc. Gas kiln includes gas pressure regulation, automatic ash discharge, etc. Drying kiln includes kiln temperature regulation, automatic feeding, automatic discharging, etc. Raw material transportation includes automatic feeding, automatic cloth, etc.
