UMAC is Delta Tau’s system-level controller that can not only be configured to customize your UMAC system for your application, but it can also be a professional controller with built-in I/O and power supply and a complete case. At the same time, this controller has a complete communication mode such as high-speed USB, Ethernet or MACRO to communicate with the main computer. The 3U structure of the UMAC controller is easy to wire and install, you can configure a highly flexible, powerful machine control system based on your application.
UMAC feature
Universal Motion and Automation Controller (UMAC) is a Turbo PMAC2 system-level product with a 3U structure. When using the UMAC system, you must configure the PMAC CPU mainboard or the mainboard using the MACRO CPU optical fiber interface. Then choose to use PWM, +/- 10V, pulse plus direction and other control signals of the state interface board, as well as a variety of I/O board, field bus interface board, communication board (USB2, Ethernet, etc.) and other interface boards. This combination of UMAC system, can be connected to a variety of feedback signals, even can be connected to their own PC104 computer, to construct a complete system. These properties make UMAC an integrated system with powerful power supply and flexible application.
The accessory board card of UMAC adopts 3U architecture, and can choose independent power support and 3U structure servo amplifier. The 3U structure of UMAC adopts the form of standard uniformity and is CE certified.
