RPAC-2658M is a Win-GRAF Programmable automatic controller (PAC) for Hongge’s new Linux. Using a Cortex-A9 quad-core processor (1 GHz) to run the Linux operating system, the RPAC-2658M can be used to store applications, graphics files and data using a micro SD card.
The advantages of the Win-GRAF programmable automatic controller running the Linux operating system include real-time capabilities, efficient precision control and a PC-like operating environment for the PAC. In addition to supporting Win-GRAF(IEC61131-3 standard) software to develop control programs, this PAC also supports the use of C to develop data management applications, and can exchange data with Win-GRAF applications, so that the design of applications is more convenient and more practical.
Features:
Linux 4.1.15 core
Built-in Win-GRAF soft logic (IEC 61131-3 standard)
Support dual can be turned into controller redundancy system
With real-time capability => Built-in Xenomai real-time core architecture
Cortex-A9 processor, 1.0 GHz, 4 cores
Internal memory
1 GB DDR3 SDRAM and 8 GB eMMC Flash
64 KB FRAM and 128 KB MRAM Memory for Data Retention
1 x microSD slot
Communication interface
3 x 10/100/1000BASE-T network port
4 x Serial port (RS-232/485/422)
2 x USB 2.0 (home)
64-bit Indicates the hardware serial number
Each controller has a unique 64-bit hardware serial number. Users can use this serial number to add a check mechanism to the application to protect the hard-developed program from being copied and stolen.
Metal case
The iDCS-2658M features a durable metal housing that provides better shock and flame resistance, as well as increased protection against electrostatic (EMS) or other electromagnetic noise.
Win-GRAF Redundant system
1. Good security:
The redundant system is mainly communicated by LAN1, LAN2 and COM3 (RS-422), and Active-PAC can continue to operate the program as long as one Cable communication is normal. If all three cables interrupt communication, the switch mechanism is triggered, and the system is carried out by another PAC.
2. Single Public IP:
Win-GRAF redundancy systems provide a single external IP address for the configuration /HMI to connect to, so the configuration software does not have to decide which PAC IP address to choose to connect to.
3. Easy maintenance and installation:
If the redundant system fails, the operator can disconnect the faulty PAC separately and replace it with spare parts without re-burning the program. The normal PAC will automatically transmit Win-GRAF items and redundant data to the PAC that just came online.
4. Simplify programming:
The User only needs to design the program and does not need to design additional redundant data to be transmitted to another PAC. The Win-GRAF redundancy system will automatically back up the redundant data to another PAC.
5. Custom security mechanism:
The User can develop a safety mechanism within the program, for example, if the LAN1 of the master PAC is disconnected and cannot connect to SCADA, or if an RS-485 Port is disconnected/faulty, it will automatically restart and switch the power to another PAC.
