First, let’s focus on the word “change” and take a look at the overall future environmental trend.
1. “China’s rise is certain and long-term.” China is currently the world’s second largest economy, and analysts report that China will become the world’s largest economy by 2035. In order to achieve this goal, China’s industrial transformation and upgrading will also become an inevitable trend.
2, since 2010, China has been the world’s first manufacturing power for many years, with the development of national industrial strength, we gradually move toward the process of manufacturing power, industrial structure, industry development, innovation ability, quality and efficiency and a series of factors will undergo corresponding changes, the transformation of the road of localization replacement is also an inevitable trend.
3. Demographic dividend is declining, and human costs are frequently flashing red. Using scientific and technological power to deal with the disappearance of demographic dividend has become a necessary means for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency. The vigorous development of digitalization will also boost the trend of “technology dividend” replacing “demographic dividend”.
4, double carbon is the most durable driving force for China and even the world economy, green transformation development may inhibit the short-term growth of some energy-intensive industries and high-emission industries. But at the same time, it will also create new demand and industries, and green industries such as new energy will usher in new development opportunities.

Through the above trend analysis, Apucci’s key words for 2022 were born – “Shaping change, resilient growth”. Around the keywords, we can start from the three aspects of “customer-centric”, “adhere to long-term doctrine” and “stronger learning ability”.
First of all, customer-centric is Apqi’s business philosophy, the development and survival of enterprises can not be separated from the market, no matter engaged in any industry, the core idea of helping customers create value is ever-changing, we need to make dynamic adjustments around the entire economic environment and policy conditions.
Secondly, the development trend of enterprises is closely related to the definition of value, which requires us to adhere to long-term doctrine. “Do not forget the original heart, remember the mission” is the answer. Apqi “customer-centric, struggler-oriented” business philosophy, “gratitude, altruism, self-worry” values are our original heart. In the journey to help the industry become more intelligent, we should maintain a clear understanding.
Finally, we need to maintain a stronger ability to learn. Looking back, Apucci has been in its 13th year since 2009. At the beginning of its establishment, did we ever think that Apucci would change and grow into what it is now? The improvement of our cognition and pattern dimension is slowly worn out in the cumulative breakthrough, which is our “slow variable”.
