He said that the current direct drive technology in semiconductor equipment, 3C electronics, CNC machine tools and other motion control accuracy and stability requirements of the industry has been widely used, in addition, there are photovoltaic, lithium, high-speed handling and other fields, linear motor has become the first choice for many users.
Compared with the traditional servo motor drive, direct drive has the advantages of fast motion, low friction, good system rigidity, simple structure, good maintenance, higher accuracy, long reliable time, etc., but at the same time, high manufacturing cost, complex control algorithm, long setting time, and the need for high resolution encoder.
