KUKA AMR+AutoStore double A

One of the bright spots in the smart factory section of this exhibition is the innovative intelligent logistics double-A solution brought by Kuka.

The on-site demonstration consists of “AutoStore intensive storage and cargo-to-person picking system” and “KUKA AMR autonomous mobile robot”, which organically combines the Kuka mobile robot KMP 600i roller special machine with the AutoStore system to achieve the perfect combination of efficient intensive storage and intelligent logistics distribution.

In the AutoStore storage area, there are three AutoStore robots to stack the material boxes up and down, intensive storage, and automatic, fast and accurate selection, the operator in the high-speed rotating workstation, through the SynQ software operation guidance, to complete the warehousing, warehousing, order selection tasks. When the AutoStore storage area is out of the warehouse, the goods are manually selected to the roller conveyor line, and the KMP 600i roller special machine of Kuka mobile robot automatically meets the roller conveyor line, and the materials required for the process are automatically carried out unmanned transportation to the AutoStore storage area in the receiving and receiving area, realizing the effective cooperation between the manual and the logistics automation equipment.

In the double-A solution, KUka mobile robot management software system K-MR Picture S is connected to Swisslog SynQ logistics management software to realize the intelligence, automation and digitalization of the entire process.

Mobile robot KMP 400P

Aiming at the pain points of material storage and handling logistics in the electronics industry, Kuka Mobile robots is committed to developing advanced robot products that match the needs of customers’ scenarios and more complete and perfect logistics solutions.

Kuka Mobile Robot launched its new product KMP 400P at the exhibition site. It is a latent jacking up autonomous mobile robot based on SLAM navigation and two-dimensional code navigation with a single load of 400kg. With modular design and rich interfaces, it can be quickly customized. It is suitable for 7*24 hours uninterrupted material handling in the 3C industry, photovoltaic basket shelf handling, PCBA aluminum and copper plate handling and other scenarios with high flexibility. The maximum operating speed is 1.5m/s, the operation efficiency is higher, the positioning accuracy is ±5mm/±0.5°, and the positioning is more accurate.

Kuka mobile robot management software system K-MR picture S is not only a robot scheduling system, but also plays a platform role in docking WMS and MES industrial automation software interface, and customers can also schedule robots through the interface. Through the K-MReS software system, KMP 400P can better achieve high safety, high flexibility and high reliability, improve the flexibility, efficiency, safety and intelligence of customers’ production lines, effectively solve the logistics handling problems of electronic manufacturing plants, and bring significant benefits to customers.
