Industrial APP is a historical opportunity for the transformation of China’s traditional industries to change lanes and overtake vehicles. To strengthen the development of China’s industrial APP, it is necessary for the government, enterprises, production, research and use of joint efforts. To solve the above problems, there are the following suggestions.

First, it is suggested that the government cultivate an influential industrial APP development platform, build an industrial APP ecological environment, and promote the improvement of the basic service support system from the development, testing, distribution, and trading of industrial apps.

Second, establish standards for the development, testing and distribution of industrial apps with a complete system, clear classification, strong guidance and rolling revision, support industrial APP developers to conduct self-testing and self-evaluation, and accelerate the application and promotion of industrial apps.

Third, strengthen the cultivation of key generic technology research, establish a reusable mechanism model base. Based on a large number of reusable basic, professional and industry model libraries, rapid development and design of simulation industrial apps, and further support for the development of complex industrial apps such as centralized parameter mechanism models, forming a series of complete industry APP collections around industry product development and design.

Fourth, foster a developer-oriented ecosystem and strengthen the construction of open source communities. Focus on the cultivation of open source communities, support leading enterprises to meet the development needs of common key technologies in the industry and industrial Internet platforms, build open source communities of open source technologies, code development kits and development tools, and make up for shortcomings as soon as possible. Support industrial Internet platform enterprises to actively participate in the international mature open source society and fight for the right to speak.

Fifth, increase government support to solve the financing difficulties of industrial APP enterprises, learn the consumer APP charging model, first let users use it, and then operate through follow-up service ordering, advertising, big data services and other ways.

In each sub-category, there are a variety of enterprises of different sizes and development levels, and the demand is seriously fragmented, the research and development cost is high, and the software and solutions for the actual needs of many industries are still blank.
