Development characteristics: As a rising star in the development of the robot industry, the central region has introduced industry measures and guidelines to accelerate the development of the robot and intelligent equipment industry, which has promoted the rapid development of the robot industry in the region.

Development status: As of July 2022, the number of robot-related enterprises in the central region has reached 2014, including 496 in Anhui, 442 in Henan, 423 in Hunan, 333 in Hubei, 170 in Shanxi and 150 in Jiangxi. At present, Wuhan, Hefei, Wuhu, Changsha, Xiangtan, Luoyang and other places have formed a development trend of robot industry agglomeration, focusing on the layout of robot system integration, bulk manufacturing and solution innovation in the fields of catering processing, textile, equipment, manufacturing, and biomedicine, effectively driving the local manufacturing industry to realize shift and upgrade, improve quality and efficiency.

6. Western region: Point-like breakthrough, the robot industry in Chengdu-Chongqing region has developed rapidly

Development characteristics: The robot industry in the western region does not have the first-mover advantage, combined with regional characteristics and national policy guidance, and gradually formed influential leading enterprises and parks. At the same time, the robot industry in the region still has the problem of insufficient upstream and downstream supporting.

Development status: As of July 2022, there are 1,422 robot enterprises in the western region, of which 313 are in Sichuan and 232 are in Chongqing. Chongqing has formed a set of R & D, machine manufacturing, testing, system integration, parts supporting, personnel training and application services as one of the robot industry chain, in Beibei, Jiulongpo, Yongchuan, Dazu and other regions gathered Chongqing Wasu, National robot Testing and evaluation Center, Chongqing Intelligent robot Research Institute and many other robot enterprises and research and development institutions.
