Rockwell Automation has been named one of 32 winners of the Wisconsin Public Service Commission’s (PSC)
Energy Innovation Grant Program (EIGP). Currently, the PSC has awarded nearly $10 million in
funding for energy-related projects to increase the deployment of renewable energy and energy storage,
support energy efficiency and demand response, strengthen energy system readiness and flexibility, and
promote the integrity of energy planning.
“These projects represent a new cycle of forward-looking energy innovation that will create jobs, lower
costs in Wisconsin, and support the goal of achieving statewide carbon-free electricity consumption by 2050,”
said PSC President Rebecca Cameron Valcq.
As a member of the PSC Energy Innovation Grant Program, Rockwell Automation will fully empower innovative
sustainability by using PSC grant funds to support energy efficiency improvement projects at its Milwaukee and
Mequon, Wisconsin facilities and contribute to the company’s Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon neutrality goals.
