3, the battery room should have frequent lighting and accident lighting, and its lighting appliances should be arranged above the aisle.
4, the battery room ground should have enough carrying capacity, when the battery is arranged on the floor, the load should be provided to the civil design. It is better to arrange the battery in a separate battery room, and leave enough space around the battery pack for ventilation and battery maintenance.
Second, Viada battery installation precautions
1, because the battery is wet charged state factory, in the transportation, installation process, must be carefully handled to prevent short circuit.
2, due to the high voltage of the battery component, there is a risk of electric shock, so in the loading and unloading of conductive wires, should be used with insulation bandage tools; Wear insulated gloves, aprons, and protective glasses when installing or handling batteries. Do not twist the end column and safety exhaust valve during battery handling. Do not place tools, debris, or other conductive objects on the battery.
3, dirty terminals or improper connection may cause battery ignition, so keep the terminal connection clean, and tighten the special connection cable (or copper bar), so that the torque reaches the specified value of different connection terminals. During operation, the terminal shall not be subjected to other stresses that are not necessary for tightening.
4, the connection between the battery, between the battery pack and the battery pack and the power equipment should be reasonable and convenient, and the voltage drop should be as small as possible. Batteries of different specifications, different batches, and different manufacturers cannot be mixed. Before installing the end connector and connecting the battery system, carefully check whether the total voltage and positive and negative polarity connections of the battery system are correct, and whether the connections between batteries are firm.
5, battery installation process to avoid battery short-circuit or grounding. When the battery pack is connected to the charger or load, a terminal conductive connection in the battery pack should be disconnected, and the charger or load circuit switch should be located in the “disconnect” position to prevent short circuit, and ensure that the connection is correct, the positive electrode of the battery is connected to the positive electrode of the charger, and the negative electrode is connected to the negative electrode.
6, the battery shell can not be cleaned with organic solvents, can not use carbon dioxide fire extinguishers to extinguish battery fires, should be equipped with special dry powder fire extinguishing appliances.
7, the battery is wet charged state factory, please check the open circuit voltage of the single battery one by one before installation and use, under normal circumstances should not be less than 2.08V/ single. If the value is lower than this value, supplement the power supply and use it again.
8, before the battery installation and use, please check each battery safety valve is firm, if loose, should immediately tighten.
9, the system connected to the single battery may have high voltage, and attention should be paid to avoid the danger of electric shock when installing.
10. If operating conditions permit, the battery rack can be welded with the buried iron on the ground.
11. Do not damage the surface coating of the battery rack components during the battery rack installation
