Taiwan csb battery is in full discharge or semi-discharge state for a long time
The main reasons for battery self-discharge:
(1) The plate or electrolyte contains impurities, and the potential difference between the impurities and the plate or between different impurities is generated, which becomes a local battery, which forms a circuit through the electrolyte and generates local current to discharge the battery.
(2) The partition board is broken, resulting in short circuit of the positive and negative plates.
(3) There is electrolyte or water on the surface of the battery shell, which becomes a conductor between the poles, resulting in the discharge of the csb battery.
(4) The active substance falls off too much and is deposited at the bottom of the battery, causing the plate to short-circuit and cause discharge. In order to reduce self-discharge, in addition to the battery manufacturing materials should be as pure as possible, the shell surface and pile head must be kept clean in use, and the injected electrolyte must be chemically pure sulfuric acid and distilled water.
