1, Use battery internal resistance tester to measure the voltage, internal resistance, replace the failed battery.
2, in the state of battery charging, measure the battery terminal voltage. If a battery that is significantly higher than the average voltage is identified as a “backward” battery, it should be replaced in time.
3, battery discharge test: discharge test the battery, and record the stage voltage (pre-discharge voltage, discharge termination voltage, minimum battery voltage) and record the discharge time. If the battery terminal voltage drops rapidly and is identified as “backward”, it should be replaced in time.

4, battery charging test: charge the battery after discharge, check whether the charging current is 0.1C10 (C10 is the battery 10h charge and discharge rate), otherwise adjust.
