The range provides a one-stop solution for modular, scalable products that meet the needs of industrial and commercial vehicles operating in harsh environments with high power and heavy loads.

The PowerTube series connectors are new to the HIVONEX product family for high-power applications. The modular, expandable construction combined with the compact circular design greatly simplifies the wiring and assembly of PowerTube series connectors, reducing total cost while meeting the requirements of vehicle operation in harsh environments.

IPT-HD Power Bolt Connector: A bolt solution for motor control unit (MCU), electric drive and motor applications. It also withstands extreme temperatures and engine-level vibrations, and offers a new shield design to enhance electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance. In addition, three hole positions, 50, 70 and 95 mm² wire diameters, and prefabricated wire harnesses increase the assembly flexibility of IPT-HD power bolt connectors.
ICT Charging Sockets: TE Charging sockets are designed for industrial and commercial vehicles and are ideal for fast and safe charging. The charging socket is modular in design and can be customized in a variety of ways, including cable outlet direction, LED charging indicator and waterproof cover. These products have been designed with field reliability in mind, are suitable for larger conductors, and have been upgraded with temperature sensing for field safety.
HVA HD400 Series Auxiliary Connectors: The HVA HD400 Series auxiliary connectors are TE’s solution for high pressure auxiliary applications and are suitable for almost all auxiliary devices in vehicles, such as HVAC, heaters, hydraulic pumps and electronic electric steering systems. The product is designed to be flexible, allowing two to three cables to be used simultaneously in one hole, and can withstand extreme temperatures from -40°C to +140°C and transmission level vibration, with protection levels up to IP68/IP6K9K.
