Under the joint promotion of high-quality development and dual-carbon goals, Chinese industry is facing the challenge of “dual transformation” of digitalization and green low-carbon, and it is urgent to train more application-oriented talents through vocational education to support industrial transformation and social and economic development. The “14th Five-Year Plan” and the outline of 2035 vision goals clearly propose to enhance the industrial adaptability of vocational and technical education, to this end, through the integration of production and education to introduce industry frontier trends and enterprise technical strength, will inject “oxygen” into the development of vocational education.
At present, the two transformations are accelerating the integration and mutual promotion: digital technology can improve production and energy efficiency, promote the development of new energy, and achieve industrial synergy, and has become the best tool for green transformation; At the same time, green transformation puts forward more application requirements for digital development and points out the direction of development. As a global digital transformation specialist in energy management and automation, Schneider Electric is a practitioner and enabler of dual transformation. In the field of vocational education, with the concept of open cooperation, based on its own technology and experience advantages, Schneider Electric integrates industrial resources to strengthen ecological cooperation, through the “Bibo Vocational education program”, “France Schneider Electric Green low-carbon production and education integration project” (hereinafter referred to as “Green low-carbon production and education integration project”), and so on, to help cultivate a large number of outstanding “double transformation” applied talents. And for the integration of production and education to explore a “innovation” and “ecological” integration of the characteristic road. In order to jointly cope with the opportunities and challenges of transformation and build a platform for cooperation and exchange in China’s vocational education, 2023 Schneider Electric Vocational Education Communication
