Recently, the 2022-2023 Huichuan National Agent Conference with the theme of “hand in hand, strategic win-win” was held in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province. Nearly 500 agents from all over the country gathered together to discuss a new chapter of cooperation with Huichuan Technology, build a new ecology of cooperation, and move forward hand in hand toward digital Huichuan, ecological Huichuan, and international Huichuan.

In 2022, it is the first year of the digitization and internationalization of Huichuan technology, and the company’s business continues to move towards a higher and broader direction. In 2023, Huichuan Technology is about to usher in an important historical moment of the 20th anniversary of its establishment, and the channel partners have become the most important resources of Huichuan and the strongest driving force for business development. On the day of the conference, Zhu Xingming, Chairman of Huichuan Technology, Zhou Bin, president of General Automation Division, Zhang Weijiang, vice president of General Automation Division and President of Huichuan Academy, Liu Yuchuan, president of Product Competitiveness Center, and Tang Zhuxue, director of the company’s change project group, attended the conference.
At the meeting, Zhu said in his speech that Huichuan’s 20 years of development history tells us that to be an enterprise is to have the courage to innovate, the courage to layout, and the courage to compete first, which are inseparable from the important support of agent partners, which is also an important force to strengthen the ecology. With the development of China’s manufacturing industry, enterprises on the one hand to “specialized and special new”, on the other hand to a number of specialized and special new business units to build a large and strong group enterprise, not only to continue to expand the scale of enterprises, but also to ensure the high-quality development of enterprises, which is a future enterprise ecological model, such enterprises can withstand the economic test of the new era.

Then, in order to establish a good ecological model, it is necessary for the majority of agents to deeply understand the future development path and changes of Huichuan. Zhu said there will be three major changes in Huichuan in the future. First, digitalization is the only way for high-quality development of Huichuan in the future. Before 2025, Huichuan plans to complete two digital tasks, one is to transform into a fully digital operation company, which requires agents to work with Huichuan to develop efficient and agile solutions according to the changes of customers, new projects and competitors, so as to bring better service experience to customers through digital operations. Second, Huichuan is committed to becoming the most important digital enabler of intelligent manufacturing in China. Based on the specialization, diversification and variability of the industrial scene, Huichuan has launched a digital Paas platform to empower the entire industrial chain and Huichuan agents through a new digital platform.

Second, strengthen ecology with reverse thinking. It is necessary to strengthen the ecological way to meet the needs of the huge talent group required in the development of enterprises, with such a talent group to support the growing customer base of Huichuan, only such a customer group can support Huichuan automation and digital business to achieve 100 billion scale.

Third, further strengthen the localization of internationalization. The year 2022 is the first year of Huichuan’s comprehensive internationalization, which basically determines the business framework and strategic framework of Huichuan’s comprehensive internationalization. Huichuan and Huichuan agents must be international thinking to meet the increasingly international needs of customers in terms of products, solutions, technical specifications, etc., so that customers who are internationalization can enjoy Huichuan and Huichuan ecological services in the world like China’s local.
Zhou Bin, president of the general automation Division of Huichuan Technology, said that Huichuan is building the Huichuan ecology, which is based on the data base platform, through the ecological service platform and the ecological operation platform, and ultimately reach the value closed-loop of business emergence and talent emergence. So how to build this ecology, we must continuously enrich the core elements of the ecological platform, improve the platform operation capacity construction, and finally through drainage and diversion, to achieve the value stream of Huichuan ecosystem with product flow, program flow, service flow, knowledge flow and talent flow as the main body. Huichuan will carry out work in six dimensions, including business planning and target management, business management, matching between management channels and customers, resource planning and management, optimization of channel system structure, and platform support, and do a good job in channel management support. In addition, Huichuan will continue to empower the channel, hoping to increase the capacity of the channel by 50% in the next 3 to 5 years. We also plan to incubate a group of channel agents over 100 million, hoping that agent partners can actively join the ecological construction of Huichuan and contribute more wisdom and strength to Huichuan.
