In order to break the monopoly of foreign manufacturers in the field of large and medium-sized industrial controllers, Hualong Xunda began to develop the first generation of industrial automation control system as early as 2005, successfully launched the industrial automation control system based on Intel processors in 2008, and more than 200 groups of imported medium-speed packaging equipment in many production enterprises to upgrade the electronic control system, the equipment runs stably. The equipment performance and control accuracy are guaranteed, and the industry monopoly of foreign manufacturers is successfully broken.
In 2018, Hualong Xunda deeply cooperated with Longxin Zhongke to carry out research and development of domestic medium and large high-performance programmable logic controller (PLC). Longson provides hundreds of independently developed IP cores such as central processing unit (CPU), graphics processing unit (GPU), memory controller, crystal oscillator, and on-chip high-speed interface module (PHY). Hualong Xunda relies on years of high-end equipment supporting practice and technology accumulation of the first generation of industrial automation control system.
In 2022, Hualong Xunda broke through the technical problems of industrial precision control and high-speed communication based on domestic chips and domestic operating systems, and successfully developed Jupiter JIC PLC V2.0 through the deep integration of chip instruction set and code level, which completely got rid of foreign dependence on the second generation of domestic large PLC products and reached the level of similar foreign products.
JIC PLC V2.0 is based on LoONson’s 3A5000 instruction set chip, and the electronic components used have achieved 100% localization. LoongOS, LOONSON’s advanced industrial real-time operating system, is equipped with the compiler (JIC IAP) and runtime (JIC RTE) of Hualong Xunda’s independent intellectual property rights. And integration of Loongson security firmware, network security/password equipment, secure operating system and other trusted solutions.
At the same time, Hualong Xunda has developed a series of communication modules and I/O modules for PLC supporting JIC PLC V2.0 controller, which can replace foreign high-performance products more completely, and the open product architecture can be friendly and compatible with peripheral devices and servo drive systems.
After testing by relevant institutions, the performance of Jupiter PLC(JIC PLC 8010), the second generation programmable logic controller of Hualong Xunda, has reached the level of similar imported products, providing a localized solution for automation equipment in the discrete manufacturing industry. In terms of specific performance, JIC PLC 8010 supports access to a variety of standard industrial bus protocols, can connect 65535 I/O points, 2ms task cycle can drive up to 512 servo shafts, running time jitter less than 20 microseconds, performance reaches the level of similar imported products, for large and medium-sized control systems to provide a localized solution. It can be used in domestic equipment, new energy production lines, military manufacturing, wind power, electronic and electrical, rail transit and other industries and fields. One is to provide an autonomous and controllable overall solution for digital transformation in the industrial control field. With industrial controller PLC as the core and Jupiter industrial automation platform as the support, the industrial “Know-How” is transformed into an industrial model, to achieve seamless and orderly sharing of industrial models in equipment, workshops, factories, groups, and industries, and to create an autonomous and controllable “data free flow, source and use diversification and node intelligence” smart factory.
