Recently, the first national tour seminar of Yue Jiang robot “Poly Rio Tinto new” industry application was held in Dongguan, where more than 120 industry experts and enterprise representatives focused on the new application and new opportunities of collaborative robots in the 3C industry.
The 3C industry has many product varieties, fast iteration speed, complex and changeable process, high ROI requirements, strong consumer personalized customization demand, forcing the production line to flexible upgrade, and in the back-end of 3C product production, including the whole machine assembly, testing, packaging and other sections, the level of automation is still low.
Liu Zhuofu, deputy general manager of Yue Jiang Robot and general manager of domestic industrial sales, based on Yue Jiang’s industrial practice, analyzed the challenges and pain points in the current 3C industry, and introduced the typical applications of Yue Jiang cooperative robots in material handling, assembly, surface treatment, quality inspection, welding, machine tool management and other six aspects in detail through a large number of practical cases.
“Yuejiang has always focused on making safe and easy to use collaborative robots, easy to use products can reduce the integration threshold and cost, we will also take a step forward, on the basis of doing a good body, by providing standardized process packages and solutions, to help customers quickly get started, shorten the project deployment cycle, while equipped with technical service support covering the whole life cycle of the product.”
The representative of Yue Jiang certified integrator shared the product advantages of Yue Jiang robot, and integrated solutions such as PCB labeling, screw locking, label detection, and automatic helium detection designed by Yue Jiang robot, and showed the practical application effect on the production line of end customers.
The seminar site also showed the typical applications of the robot in 3C, automotive and other industries, including screw locking, notebook shell grinding, SIM card sorting, mobile phone frame detection, automotive visual defect detection, auto parts assembly, etc. Participants intuitively felt the advantages of collaborative robots in easy programming, easy deployment, security and other aspects.
