Under the background of “new infrastructure”, industrial digital innovation has pressed the accelerator button. Focusing on industry and infrastructure, construction, enabling the “double carbon” goal, implementing digital transformation, and building a green manufacturing system has become an industry consensus. In the long March of pursuing quality and efficiency, the digitization of distribution system is a crucial part.
ABB’s new generation of MDrail-E low-voltage power distribution and control system came into being, it provides high-security, functional and flexible solutions, convenient applications can fully meet the needs of commercial, public buildings and industrial plants low-voltage power distribution and control applications, to help the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to create a digital ecosystem, enabling the transformation and upgrading of distribution systems.
MDrail-E and InSite pro M form a digital energy efficiency management system for power distribution, terminal distribution and control, which can automatically monitor all levels of load, switch status and temperature, and provide digital information on lightning protection status. In case of an exception, it can quickly locate the fault circuit, reduce the loss of power outage, and escort the safe operation of electrical equipment.
The system supports Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Wifi, 4G and other communication methods, and can intelligently interconnect with ABB Ability™ EAM cloud platform and eEMS studio local energy efficiency platform, while supporting third-party monitoring platforms. Combined with digital operation and maintenance management, through the statistics of water, electricity, gas and other energy consumption, carbon emissions can be lean analysis, to improve quality and efficiency, energy saving and emission reduction, and help create green, safe and sustainable digital applications.
Structurally, MDrail-E adopts a series of design schemes such as modular rapid assembly molding technology, adjustable installation room, disassembly door panel, etc., which is not only suitable for complete assembly, faster installation, but also makes
the later operation and maintenance of customers more convenient. After the upgrade, the unique appearance Angle design is not only safe and reliable, but also beautiful and recognizable.
In line with China’s localized application needs, MDrail-E can provide a series of industry-specific solutions such as medical isolated power system embedded in H+line, precision power distribution of data center in collaboration with Smissline TP (Anti-Shock terminal distribution busbar system). With ABB components, it can flexibly match a variety of solutions such as low-voltage power distribution, lighting and power control, and dual power switching to meet the needs of diverse protection and control applications.
In March of spring, ABB Electrical Digitalization Seminar and MDrail-E Conference will be launched in 10 cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, in-depth analysis of ABB digital success cases and the unique value of their application in medical, data center, industrial park and other industries, and discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by digital intelligent transformation in industrial and construction fields.
In the future, ABB will continue to promote digital innovation and sustainable development, integrate green, low-carbon and circular concepts into the entire value chain, focus on improving quality and efficiency, energy conservation and emission reduction, expand industry application scenarios, provide leading digital and intelligent solutions for many customers in the fields of energy, industry, transportation and infrastructure, and actively promote the transformation of the industry and society.
