At Pierre Magneto’s stand in Hall 6 -A21 on site, exhibition visitors will experience how AGVs can be automated and operated safely, taking into account all space and infrastructure conditions. The PSENscan, a secure laser scanner for protecting against human and AGV collisions, the myPNOZ, a modular safety relay that acts as a safety assessment unit, and the PNOZmulti 2, a configurable small controller, plus an industrial safety bridge firewall for tamper-proof, will be demonstrated on the AGV model. Together, safe and reliable product solutions ensure efficient internal logistics processes and avoid downtime, thereby increasing productivity. This applies to both orbital bound and free-navigation AGVs.
In addition to its product solutions for AGV manufacturers, Pierre Magneto will present at LogiMAT its full range of services for AGV operators – from the development of safety concepts to commissioning, including staff training. Based on the regulatory framework provided by the relevant ISO 3691-4 standards, Pilmagnetic’s safety experts can accompany operators on international compliance assessments (such as CE marking), thereby assuming responsibility for the safe implementation of AGV applications.
To protect internal logistics processes from tampering or operational errors, a comprehensive identification and access management system represents a solution that combines industrial security and information security. For example, a mobile app can be protected from unauthorized access through the access rights system PITreader. Users receive their personal rights on a compact RFID transponder, which they can use to authorize directly on the process. Visitors will see experts from Pierre Magnetic demonstrate how the solution can be flexibly implemented in practice.
Cooperate for safe logistics management
In order to increase the productivity of internal logistics, Pierre Magneto has partnered with logistics automation specialist NAiSE GmbH to provide the world’s first transportation and order management software for all participants in internal logistics. NAiSE Traffic safely and efficiently analyzes transport and cargo flow in internal logistics applications in real time – for human and industrial trucks such as AGVS or forklifts from various manufacturers. At their joint stand, visitors can experience for themselves how NAiSE Traffic works and learn more about other solutions from the new Stuttgart-based company.
