First of all, we need to understand the specific process logistics involved in lithium battery production, lithium battery production process mainly includes the first stage of the process, the middle process and the last stage of the process.
The previous process mainly refers to the production of stage pieces, which mainly includes four links: mixing, coating, rolling and scuttling. In the production of lithium batteries, the previous process is very important, accounting for more than 40% of the entire battery production process. The unpacking, handling, rewinding and line side transfer of incoming materials can be replaced by AGV/AMR.
First of all, in the lithium raw material warehouse, lithium raw materials are mainly stored in the form of tons of bags. Even if the application of semi-automatic equipment, the labor intensity of people is still very large, and some scenarios have a certain risk of mechanical damage. 2, the middle process
The middle process mainly includes the winding/lamination of the cell and the cell injection. In the core making process, the traditional mode is manually loading and unloading and docking with the winding laminator, which not only cannot guarantee efficiency, but also has safety risks, and more importantly, it is insufficient flexibility.
