Shenyang Liaison compressor station, a key project of national oil and gas infrastructure built by the National Pipeline Network Group, was officially put into operation, marking the perfect application of the compressor unit control system of the sixth compressor station of the National pipeline Network Group after Gaizhou, Heihe, Tangshan, Jinzhou and Yongqing isobaric gas stations.
Shenyang Contact gas compressor Station is an important hub station for connecting Qinshen Line, Hashen Line, Dacheng Line and other natural gas long-distance transmission pipelines. The operation of the compressor unit will further enhance the peak pressure regulation and flexible deployment capabilities of the Northeast pipeline network system, laying a solid foundation for the construction of the “North gas South” channel and the increase of the Northeast natural gas pipeline network system this winter and next spring, ensuring the life and industrial gas use of residents along the line, promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and the optimization of energy structure along the line. It is of great strategic significance to achieve the goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”.
Shenyang Liaison compressor Station this time put into production of 4 17 MW sinking compressor, all use the central control technology independent innovation T9100 series compressor unit control system, covering all subsystems of the process, equipment, different working conditions and other control processes. The system has the functions of remote one-click start and stop and comprehensive one-click start and stop, transforming a large number of manual field operations into automatic judgment and control of established control sequence procedures under various working conditions and modes, such as automatically completing the judgment of start-up conditions and controlling equipment and processes without manual intervention. The unit’s single start efficiency has achieved a huge change from “10 people 1 hour” to “1 person 1 minute”. At the same time, the visual display of one-button start-stop station and compressor unit start-stop time sequence is realized, which provides a friendly monitoring interface for regulating operation.
With the Taian compressor station put into operation, the central control technology has also realized the comprehensive application of Shaangu compressor in the compressor control system of the compressor station.
The T9100 series compressor unit control system, independent innovation of central control technology, reduces the compressor station operator’s control of the compressor unit and auxiliary system, as well as on-site operation and confirmation, and can realize the control center thousands of miles away to the compressor station and supporting buildings of the ventilation, motor cooling, fire gas system, power supply and distribution system comprehensive remote monitoring. There is no need for manual intervention in the whole process, and the whole system of the station and yard can be remotely started by one button. Compressor control system and station control system are deeply integrated, and the station control compressor load distribution technology and compressor start and stop control ensure various requirements when multiple units are started in sequence, improve the control effect of the control center on the entire pipeline, even the entire pipe network, and reduce the risk of operators’ activities in dangerous environments and the risk of human error.
In addition, Shenyang compressor station and Taian compressor station also realized the compressor unit, unit auxiliary system, frequency conversion system, host computer software, unit and station control PLC, switch, router, network security equipment localization application, equipment localization close to 100%, fully verified the performance indicators of domestic autonomous control system. Based on the domestic hardware and software control system platform, the integrated optimization of the compressor unit control system has further verified the stability and reliability of the independent innovation technology of the central control technology, accumulated valuable experience for the comprehensive promotion of relevant applications in the future, and made positive contributions to promoting regional economic development.
